April, 2021     Gastrofestival Madrid For the twelfth year running, gastronomy and culture come together in the latest edition of Gastrofestival Madrid.  Over 450 establishments and institutions  from across the city are behind the  571 activities  curated especially for this event organised by the  Madrid City Council  and  Madrid Fusión .  From 17 April to 2 May , this festival will reassert the culinary quality and diversity of the capital, with a firm pledge to promote the potential the world of gastronomy holds in relation to culture, thanks to its strong links to a range of disciplines including art, literature, music, fashion, theatre, and interior design. The festival’s diverse programme will be served in six courses:  Culinary Madrid ,  Gastroculture ,  Experiences for the Five Senses ,  Enoculture ,  Gastrohealth , and  Gastrofestival for the Whole Family .
